From the door to the counter, step by step

What visitors see, what staff do and what managers learn.

What visitors see

Nobody has to guess where they stand

Your place is kept. Your wait is shown. Your turn finds you. Five moments on the visitor’s own phone, and what happens if they miss the call.

  1. Step 1: Join

Pick a language and a service, fill in a short form, tick "Send me updates" if you want messages.

  2. Step 2: Track

The live ticket shows the people ahead and an estimate in minutes. Cancel from the phone if plans change.

  3. Step 3: Almost there

"Almost your turn" on the page, plus SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail when 1–20 people are ahead.

  4. Step 4: Your turn

"Please go to Counter 3". The phone vibrates (Android); the display chimes and announces the token.

  5. Step 5: Rate

1–5 stars, tags and a comment. Optional, switched on per organisation.

Behind the scenes

One live queue from the first booking to the last report

Every screen works on the same queue, so the kiosk, the phone, the display and the dashboards always agree.

  1. Stage 1

    Before

    Bookings arrive from your system

Appointments come in by API, push or a CSV or Excel file. Walk-ins need nothing in advance.

  2. Stage 2

    Arrive

    Kiosk, QR code or counter

A numbered token in seconds, printed or on the phone. Visitors with a booking check in.

  3. Stage 3

    Wait

    Live ticket, display, messages

People ahead and minutes on the phone, the call on the display, and a “turn is near” message a set number of places before the call.

  4. Stage 4

    Served

    Console, transfer, complete

Staff call, serve or transfer the token. Personal details are deleted after service.

  5. Stage 5

    After

    Feedback, dashboards, day end

Ratings and live figures for managers, and open tokens settled at the day’s end.

What staff do

A day at a counter

The counter console runs in the browser on any PC, laptop or tablet. Four presses cover most of the day.

  1. Call next

One press calls the next token by your rules, priority first. The display chimes and announces it.

  2. Transfer

Send the visitor to the next step, such as Biometrics. They keep the same number.

  3. Pause

Going on a break? Pause with a reason and nobody is called to your counter until you resume.

  4. Complete

Complete when done. The visitor’s details are deleted and the next call is one press away.

What managers learn

The whole day, live and afterwards

Live dashboards

Every queue, counter and device, refreshed every 15 s. Every number opens the tokens behind it.

Reports and trends

Average wait with P90, service times, 30-day and 12-month trends and CSV exports, by location, service, counter or staff.

Feedback and audit

Ratings with low-rating follow-up, and a record of who changed what, and when.
