Banks & insurance

Queue management system for banks and insurers

Teller, loan and claims queues in one hall, priority desks with a fair rule, and a live view of every branch, with every change on record.

Starts from the ready-made Banking & finance service set. Every name, rule and screen stays yours to change.

What gets in the way

What slows banks down

Tellers, loans and claims in one hall, priority customers, and no live view across branches.

  • Many services, one hall

Cash, loans, cards and claims compete for the same counters, and quick jobs wait behind long ones.

  • Priority without disputes

Senior citizens and priority customers need a clear rule that the rest of the hall accepts.

  • No view across branches

Managers hear about long waits from complaints, not from live figures.

How manageQ fits

Built around how banks work

A ready-made Banking & finance set

Accounts, cash and cheques, loans, cards, customer service, and wealth and priority banking, with prefixes and a bank customer form.

Priority with a fairness rule

Senior citizen, Priority customer or any group you name, in three levels; after a set number of priority calls, a normal token is called.

Masked mobile numbers

Tickets and lists show masked numbers; details are encrypted and deleted after service.

Breaks with a reason

Pause a counter for lunch, a meeting or training. The Counters & staff time report shows open, busy, idle and break time.

Branch-by-branch dashboards

Executive, Overall status and Kiosk & eQueue dashboards, live every 15 seconds; staff see only their own branches.

Every change on record

The audit-log explorer shows who changed what and when, with before and after values and CSV export.

The visit

A customer’s visit, step by step

Quick teller jobs and longer loan or claims conversations run side by side, and the branch manager sees both live.

  1. Kiosk or phone QR

    Step 1: Take a token

Choose Cash & Cheques, Loans or Customer Service. The bank customer form asks only what you set.

  2. Waiting area

Step 2: Wait with a clear rule

Priority groups go first by level, and the fairness rule (if you switch it on) keeps normal tokens moving. The phone shows the people ahead.

  3. Counter 2

    Step 3: Teller

Called on the display and by voice. The teller can recall, skip or transfer the token to the loans desk.

  4. Loans · Home loan

Step 4: Loans or claims desk

The same token number continues at the next desk, with the earlier steps on its timeline.

  5. Dashboards

    Step 5: The manager’s view

Waits, service times and paused counters, live; every number opens the tokens behind it.

Claims and other insurance services are added as their own queues, up to three levels deep, with their own prefixes and forms.

Questions

Questions we hear from banks

Can priority customers go first without upsetting everyone else?

Yes. Priority groups are called by level, and you decide which groups customers may choose themselves. Switch on the fairness rule and a normal token is called after a set number of priority calls in a row, so the rest of the hall keeps moving.

Can each branch see only its own queues?

Yes. Staff work only at their home and assigned branches, and dashboard tabs are granted by role. Head-office admins see every branch, and custom roles can be set up by the platform administrator.

How are customers’ mobile numbers protected?

Mobile numbers are masked on tickets and in lists, stored encrypted and deleted after service. Per-mobile limits compare a keyed hash, not the number itself, and message texts carry no personal data.

Is every change recorded?

Yes. The audit log records who changed what and when: sign-ins, rule changes with before and after values, role changes and every view of a visitor’s details. Admins filter it and export it as CSV.
