Starts from the ready-made Retail & service centres set. Every name, rule and screen stays yours to change.
Quick jobs stuck behind complex ones, crowded waiting areas, and no idea how customers felt.
A two-minute pick-up waits behind a thirty-minute diagnosis.
Customers stand near the counter because they are afraid of missing their turn.
Complaints arrive too late to put right, and good service goes unnoticed.
Sales, service and repairs (drop-off and pick-up), and returns, each with its own prefix and counters.

Yes. Upload images and MP4 or WebM videos, or link to a video file, and build playlists on a schedule. A display plays them in a panel beside the queue or full screen while nobody is called; a call brings the queue back at once, and video sound is muted while a call is announced.
Choose when a rating counts as low (1, 2 or 3 stars) and, if you like, an address that receives every low rating by e-mail. Low ratings stay flagged in Insights until someone marks them followed up, with a note.
